2nd Class had great fun learning about static electricity.
They investigated how a balloon and a pen can be used to pick up small pieces of paper.
They also tested different materials, made some predictions and recorded the outcomes!

One Book One Community
The One Book One Community Project was launched by the lord Mayor at the Lough today. Children from all the local primary schools gathered together to begin a fortnight of work on Michael Morpurgo’s “Mr. Nobody’s Eyes.” World Champion, Bernard Dunne popped along to encourage all our young people to keep up their love of reading.
