Welcome to our school website. Greenmount N.S., also known as Scoil Mhuire na nGrás was founded in 1854 by the Presentation Brothers. We enrol boys and girls and we have 275 pupils.
Since 1854, our pupils have made a major contribution to the religious, academic, political, commercial, cultural, sporting and professional life of Cork city and far beyond. The current school corridors are home to a remarkable collection of photographs honouring a long history of learning and sporting success.
We strive to provide a very high standard of education within a happy caring environment. We believe that a broad, balanced, educational experience will allow our pupils to reach their full potential.
